Learning

Based on the Western Australian Curriculum, learning at Binnu Primary School is divided into eight different learning areas for students in Pre-Primary to Year 6. The learning areas of Health & Physical Education and The Arts are conducted in a larger CHUNABI group.

With our smaller classes, we have the ability to cater to the range of needs and interests of our students.

In Kindergarten, the learning program is based on the children's interests with a focus on social skills, emotional wellbeing, pre-literacy and pre-numeracy, and their physical development. These skills are developed through play-based learning principles.
